An Essence For Freedom’s
Achievement as a Sponsorer in the 48th
Session of The International Conference On Education Held In
Geneva, Switzerland
organized by
International Bureau Of Education
and UNESCO.
Revolution-An Essence For Freedom was one of the leading sponsorer’s for this event which gave a chance to be a part of Global Educational Progress.
Educational and social exclusion are growing phenomena both in developed and developing countries. One of the strongest tendencies of the new economy is the increasing inequality, spatial segmentation and cultural fragmentation of the population.
This International Conference gave a way to the Inclusive Education. The term inclusion is sometimes associated with those students living in marginalized or poor contexts, but frequently related to the participation of the disabled or those with special educational needs in mainstream schools. In this way inclusion is considered to be almost the same as integration, when they are in fact two different approaches with different visions and perspectives. As a consequence of this misconception, inclusive policies are regarded as a responsibility of special education, restricting the analysis of the all common forms of exclusion and discrimination that take place within education systems.
Revolution-An Essence For Freedom sponsored the International Bureau of Education so as to put the organization in the international educational arena as well as focusing on the transformation of education systems worldwide experiencing the learning motivations in any environment.
The conference was based on ethical, social, educational and economic principals.
· It was means to realize the right to high quality education without discrimination and having equal opportunities.
· It was means to improve Quality of Education and the professional development of teachers.
· To learn to live together and build own identity.
· Improve the efficiency and cost benefit relationship of the education systems.
In this perspective, “UNESCO views inclusion as ‘a dynamic approach of responding positively to pupil diversity and of seeing individual differences not as problems, but as opportunities for enriching learning.”
